3. Copyright Responsibilities of Artists

As an artist or label, you must ensure that:

• Your uploaded music is original or legally licensed
• You have rights for all samples, beats, and instrumental elements
• Your artwork or images do not infringe third-party rights
• All contributors (writers, producers, performers) are properly credited
• You comply with copyright laws in India and globally

If your content violates copyright law, we may remove your release, block payments, suspend or terminate your account, and/or report repeated violations to DSPs and IP authorities.

4. Content That Is Not Allowed

You are strictly prohibited from uploading:

• Music you do not own or control
• Bootlegs, remixes, or mashups without proper licenses
• Unlicensed samples or beats
• AI-generated content using another artist's protected voice or likeness without permission
• Cover songs without required mechanical licenses where applicable
• Audio taken from movies, TV shows, YouTube videos, or speeches without proper authorization
• Stock images or artwork used without a valid license

Uploading copyrighted works without permission may result in immediate account action.

5. Copyright Protection Measures

We use multiple systems to help prevent infringement and abuse, including:

• Digital fingerprinting and audio-matching
• YouTube Content ID and similar services
• Store-level copyright scanning and checks
• Manual verification by our team
• Metadata and ownership authenticity checks
• Fraud detection and monitoring

If a DSP (Spotify, YouTube, Apple Music, etc.) receives a copyright claim against your content, they may:

• Restrict your artist profile

We will notify you where possible and may require supporting documentation such as:

• Agreements or contracts
• Licenses or permissions
• Proof of original creation
• Identity documents

If you cannot provide valid documentation, we may remove the content permanently.

7. Takedowns (Artist-Initiated)

You may request removal of your content at any time by contacting us at contact@maaindradigital.com . Takedown requests typically process within 7–30 days, depending on DSP policies. Royalties collected before takedown will still be credited to your account.

8. Copyright for Website Content

All content available on maaindradigital.com, including but not limited to:

• Text and copy
• Logos and brand elements
• Design, layouts, and graphics
• User interface elements
• Images and icons
• Code, scripts, and tools
• Legal documents and policies
• Promotional materials

is the exclusive property of Maa Indra Digital and is protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws, including the Indian Copyright Act, 1957.

Unauthorized use, copying, or reproduction of our website content is strictly prohibited.

9. Reporting Copyright Infringement
